TicketsBot's free tier
TicketsBot's free tier runs a shared bot with unlimited tickets, forms, and claiming, plus 3 panels and a help-article knowledge base capped at 5 articles and 3 categories. No AI features are listed. Sending messages from the web dashboard needs Premium, listed at $2.99 per server per month through Patreon, and running the bot under your own name and avatar needs the separate Whitelabel add-on at $6.99 per month. Transcripts are kept while the server uses the bot and deleted 30 days after it is removed.
Tickety's free tier
Tickety's free tier runs a shared bot with 25 ticket panels and 3 form questions per panel. Transcripts stay available while Tickety is in the server, then are deleted after about two weeks, or two months if the server ever had Premium. AI runs on purchased credits rather than a plan tier: an add-on at €3.99 per month with 5,000 credits unlocks detection features, and replying from the dashboard needs Premium, listed at €5.99 per month or €49.99 per year for one server.
Ticket King's free tier
Ticket King's free tier runs a shared bot with unlimited tickets, 10 panels, and transcripts up to 1,000 messages (raised to 5,000 on Premium); HTML transcripts are kept indefinitely on every plan. No AI or knowledge-base features are documented. Premium is $5.99 per server every 30 days ($6.99 for servers over 1,000,000 members) and adds a Bot Personalizer that changes the shared bot's name, avatar, banner, and bio, though the bot remains Ticket King's own application.
Where a free shared bot is the better fit
Being honest about the trade-off: if you need more than one ticket panel without paying, Ticket Tool (unlimited), TicketsBot (3), Tickety (25), and Ticket King (10) all beat TicketCord Free's single saved panel. If you want transcripts to survive indefinitely without upgrading, Ticket King's free HTML transcripts do that; TicketCord Free caps closed-ticket retention at 90 days. And if a shared bot's identity genuinely doesn't matter to your community, a free shared bot avoids the one-time work of creating your own Discord application, which is a real setup step even though TicketCord's guide walks through it.
Where TicketCord Free is the better fit
