Your Discord application
Each TicketCord bot is created from a Discord application you control, with plan-based branding and status options.
Create and host a dedicated bot for structured support channels, transcripts, staff workflows, and optional AI. TicketCord subscriptions are flat at account level and can include multiple bots.
No card required. After 14 days the account moves to Free, which shows TicketCord branding, unless you pick a plan. Basic and up remove the branding.
Members open a ticket from a panel or supported workflow. Staff reply in Discord or the dashboard, use transcripts and operational tools, and close the conversation under the configured retention policy.

Pro and Enterprise add Atlas, which answers members using your support content, learns from eligible staff solutions and hands over to your team. Free and Basic provide ticketing without AI.
Plans include 1, 3, 3, or 6 custom bots at the account level rather than charging per server or staff seat.
Create the bot in the Discord Developer Portal and copy the token securely.
Connect the application to TicketCord, then invite it to the server you manage.
Choose staff roles, ticket behavior, and the panel members use to open support requests.
There is no shared TicketCord bot. From Free upward, you create the Discord application yourself and TicketCord runs it as configured, so the name and avatar are already yours. What changes by plan is how much of TicketCord's own branding shows through the bot's messages and status.
