These Terms explain the rules for using TicketCord. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will clarify it.
Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding contract between you and TicketCord (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting a bot, inviting a bot to a Discord server, or otherwise using TicketCord, you agree to these Terms.
If you use TicketCord on behalf of a company, server, community, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Services
TicketCord provides a Discord ticket-management platform, including:
- Custom Discord bots connected by customers.
- A web dashboard for configuration, tickets, replies, analytics, and administration.
- Ticket panels, forms, transcripts, modmail, staff workflows, and optional AI-assisted support features.
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. If a change materially reduces a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts and access
You access TicketCord through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, including any account used to manage TicketCord for a server or organization.
You may not share account credentials, transfer your account without permission, bypass access controls, or use TicketCord to operate a competing AI support product.
Plans, fees, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe or NOWPayments. Prices, features, and billing terms for each plan are shown on our pricing page.
For EU customers purchasing a paid plan: by checking the explicit consent boxes during checkout, you agree to immediate provision of the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We send a written confirmation of that consent by email after checkout.
If a payment fails, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier until billing succeeds again. Paid features stop working, but your account, bots, and configuration stay in place unless you delete them or ask us to delete them. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TicketCord to:
- Send spam, harass users, or operate communities that violate Discord’s Terms or policies.
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual sexual content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to break, scrape, bypass, overload, or circumvent security, quota, billing, or rate-limit systems.
- Reverse-engineer or extract our proprietary prompts, systems, datasets, or models.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from Discord, payment processors, regulators, or law enforcement where required.
Explicit sexual imagery is not allowed anywhere on TicketCord, including the dashboard, embed builder, ticket flows, modmail, uploads, or stored attachments. We may use automated and manual safety systems to detect prohibited imagery and abuse. If those systems alert us to suspected CSAM, sexual exploitation material, non-consensual sexual content, or other illegal explicit content, we may remove or disable the content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report the matter with account, Discord, upload, request, ticket, and related metadata to child-safety organizations, law enforcement, Discord, or other authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to TicketCord, including ticket transcripts, knowledge base entries, server configuration, and messages your community members send in TicketCord-managed support flows. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy policy.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and back up your data only as needed to provide, protect, and improve TicketCord.
AI features
TicketCord AI features can draft or send support replies based on your configuration, knowledge base, approved Q&A, relevant ticket context, and third-party model providers. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for configuring AI features for your server and reviewing output where your workflow requires review.
Generated AI replies include an AI notice so users know they are interacting with AI-assisted content. We do not train public or foundation AI models on your private ticket content. OpenRouter requests are configured with data_collection: "deny". Knowledge-base search uses OpenAI for embeddings and, under OpenAI’s business/API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train models unless the customer explicitly opts in. Zero Data Retention is used only where the selected endpoint supports it.
Warranty disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Termination
You can stop using TicketCord at any time by uninstalling bots from Discord, deleting bots from the dashboard, cancelling paid plans, or contacting us for broader account closure or deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or cause operational or legal risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 6, 8, 9, and 11, will continue to apply.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Croatia instead of in court, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims before your local courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect where practical. Continued use of TicketCord after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
