An assistant that sounds like your team.

Atlas drafts replies from your knowledge base in the tone your team configures. Drafts can cite their sources, expose confidence, and hand uncertain tickets to staff with context. Available on Pro and Enterprise.

Checked:

Methodology: Availability and allowances come from the same plan-entitlement data used by the product. Workflow descriptions link to the operational knowledge-base and confidence-handoff help articles.

Limitations: AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Server owners choose automation settings and review requirements; generated replies include an AI notice.

Grounded context before the reply. Staff keep the final say.

When Atlas is enabled, it can prepare a draft from conversation context and approved knowledge sources. Staff can review, correct, or send it; source links and confidence display depend on the configured settings.

What it does

Three drafting principles.

  1. 01

    Reads your sources first

Atlas retrieves relevant knowledge-base entries and approved answers, then can cite them so staff can audit a draft.

  2. 02

    Matches the configured tone

Choose a response style and Atlas applies it to drafts. When relevant approved sources are available, they provide the grounding material.

  3. 03

    Exposes uncertainty

Atlas calculates confidence for its output. With auto-escalation configured, low-confidence tickets can move to staff while the retained thread and AI attempt remain available.

Capacity

Monthly AI capacity by plan.

Pro and Enterprise include a monthly AI allocation. Additional tokens can be purchased or the account can move to another plan.

Pro
10M tokens

Up to 2 knowledge-base sources.

Enterprise
30M tokens

Up to 15 knowledge-base sources.

Teach Atlas

Review what Atlas learns.

Add approved sources, correct drafts, and review ticket-derived Q&A before relying on it.

Add a source

Connect supported documentation or add approved Q&A so Atlas has current material to retrieve.

Correct a draft

Staff can edit a draft before sending and keep the final human-approved answer in the support workflow.

Review learned Q&A

Review, edit, reject, or undo ticket-derived Q&A before relying on it as an approved source.
