v2.68.0

Feature

AI & Knowledge Base

New
  • Autonomous learning now merges overlapping knowledge instead of piling up near-duplicate Q&As: exact repeats refresh the existing entry, extra staff detail is folded into the answer it belongs to, and outdated facts (like old pricing) are replaced when staff share newer information in tickets.
  • Automatic updates only ever touch entries the AI learned on its own. Anything staff created, approved, or edited becomes a review proposal instead, and every automatic update posts a notification with an Undo button that restores the previous answer.
  • New Ticket Learning settings let you toggle smart merge & dedup, control automatic updates and their daily limit, and enable periodic consolidation that merges existing duplicate Q&As on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
  • The Q&A page now shows which entries were updated by learning, including a revision history, and highlights pending update proposals with the proposed answer.

Tickets

Improved
  • Ticket close notices now show who closed the ticket without pinging them, and close/delete status messages take up less space.
