Create your first bot
TicketCord runs your own Discord application - your bot’s name, avatar, and handle stay yours. Here’s how to make one and hand the token over safely.
Invite the bot to your server
The bot has to be invited from inside the TicketCord dashboard - that’s how we know it landed and finish the setup. Here’s what to click and why this path matters.
Set up your first ticket category
In TicketCord, a “category” is a Discord channel category - the collapsible heading in your server sidebar. The quick path is the /setup command; the manual path is below it.
Create a ticket panel
A panel is the embed that customers click to open a ticket. Style it, add buttons or a dropdown, optionally attach a modal - then post it to a channel.
Assign staff roles
Decide which Discord roles can see tickets, which can use the dashboard inbox, and which can change settings. Three independent levers.
