Account Settings

Where to change the dashboard theme and language, manage billing, and exercise your data rights

TicketCord has no separate settings page. Account-level options live in three places: the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar (theme, billing, sign out), the language switcher in the top bar, and the Support page for your data rights. Everything about a bot or a server is configured elsewhere; see Dashboard Overview. This page is for anyone who signs in to the dashboard.

Appearance

Open the account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and pick one of the three options under Appearance:

OptionBehaviour
LightAlways light
DarkAlways dark
SystemFollows your operating system setting

The active option is marked with a dot. The choice is saved in your browser, so set it again on another device.

Language

Use the language switcher in the top bar. The dashboard is available in 12 languages: English, Čeština, Deutsch, Nederlands, Español, Français, Italiano, 日本語, Polski, Português, Русский, and Türkçe. The choice is remembered in your browser and cookie, and applies only to the dashboard.

The language your bot uses in Discord is a per-server setting on the Language tab of the server configuration and supports 19 languages: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Vietnamese. Changing the dashboard language does not change the bot's language, and vice versa.

Profile

Your name, avatar, and email come from your Discord account. They are shown in the account menu and cannot be edited in TicketCord; change them in Discord and sign in again.

Billing

Billing in the sidebar (also in the account menu) shows your current plan, payment history, and a link to the billing portal where you change plans, update the payment method, and download invoices. See Manage Subscription and Invoices.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects dashboard notifications. There are no per-user notification preferences to configure.

Your data

Support in the sidebar has a Your Data Rights (GDPR) section listing the rights of access, portability, rectification, and erasure, with an email button that pre-fills a request.

Signing out

Choose Sign out in the account menu and click Confirm sign out. This ends the dashboard session in that browser only; bots keep running.

Getting help

Support in the sidebar has Email us (a pre-filled message with your account email and plan) and Join Discord. Email response targets shown on the page are best effort on Free, within 24 hours on Basic and Pro, and within 12 hours on Enterprise.

Limits and gotchas

  • Theme and dashboard language are stored per browser, not on your account.
  • There is no password to change; sign-in is always through Discord.
  • Account deletion and data export are handled by email, not by a button.

Common questions

How do I switch to dark mode? Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Dark under Appearance, or System to follow your OS.

How do I change the dashboard language? Use the language switcher in the top bar. Twelve languages are available.

How do I change the language my bot uses in Discord? That is a per-server setting: Dashboard → Bots → your bot → Servers → the server → Language. Nineteen languages are available.

Can I change my display name or email? Not in TicketCord. They come from Discord. Update them there and sign in again.

Where do I cancel my subscription? Dashboard → Billing, then the billing portal. See Manage Subscription.

How do I delete my account? Email hi@ticketcord.com from the address on your account. Deletion is permanent and completed within two business days; export your data first.

Does signing out stop my bots? No. Bots run on TicketCord's servers regardless of whether you are signed in.
