Welcome to TicketCord

Documentation for TicketCord, the white-label Discord ticket bot with AI support, a web dashboard, and enterprise workflows

TicketCord runs a Discord ticket bot under your own application, so members see your name and avatar. You configure it from a web dashboard, staff work tickets in Discord with slash commands, and AI features answer common questions from your knowledge base. These docs cover setup, every command and setting, error codes, and billing.

New here? The Quick Start takes you from an empty Developer Portal to a working ticket panel in about ten minutes. Every new account starts a 14-day Enterprise trial with no card required.

Common questions

Is TicketCord a bot I invite, or do I need my own? Your own. You create a Discord application, paste its token into the dashboard, and TicketCord runs it. Members see your bot's name and avatar.

How much does it cost? There is a Free plan with 1 bot and 5 open tickets per member. Paid plans add more bots, embeds, canned responses, AI, and workflows; see Plans for prices.

Do I need to host anything? No. TicketCord hosts and runs the bot. You only supply the token and configure it in the dashboard.

Where do I get help? Join the support Discord or use the help center. When you report a bot error, include the TC code from its footer.
