Invoices & Payment History

Where to find every payment, download invoices, update your card and billing details, and what to do when a payment fails

Your payment record lives in two places: Dashboard → Billing → Payment History lists every payment TicketCord knows about (card and crypto), and the Stripe billing portal, opened with Manage Subscription, holds the invoices, receipts, payment method, and billing details for card subscriptions.

Only the account owner sees Billing. Dashboard staff you have granted access to do not see payments or invoices.

Payment History

The Payment History card at the bottom of Dashboard → Billing shows a paged table (with Previous / Next and a "Showing 1-10 of N payments" counter). Each row has:

ColumnContent
DescriptionWhat was bought (plan and cycle, token package, or crypto plan and duration) and the payment method, Stripe or Crypto
DateWhen the payment was made or the checkout was created
StatusSee the tables below
AmountAmount and currency (EUR)
InvoiceThe invoice number and a link to open the Stripe invoice, when one exists

Card payment statuses:

StatusMeaning
PaidThe charge succeeded.
PendingThe charge is still being processed.
FailedThe charge failed. See Failed payments.

Crypto payment statuses:

StatusMeaning
WaitingCheckout created, no funds received yet. Click the row to return to the payment page.
ConfirmingFunds received, waiting for blockchain confirmations.
Confirmed / CompletingConfirmed, NOWPayments is finishing the payment. The plan is not active yet.
PaidFinished. The plan is active until the shown expiry date.
UnderpaidToo little was received. The plan is not active. Contact support.
Wrong assetA different coin or network was received. Contact support.
Cancelled / Review neededNeeds manual support review. Not a refund.
ExpiredThe 7-day payment window ended without payment.
RefundedThe payment was refunded.

An unpaid crypto checkout has a Remove unpaid checkout action. Removing only hides it in TicketCord; the address at NOWPayments still exists, so do not send funds to it afterwards.

Invoices, receipts, and billing details

Click Manage Subscription on the Current Plan card to open the Stripe billing portal. There you can:

  • View and download every invoice and receipt as PDF
  • Update the card or Link payment method
  • Change the billing email, name, address, and VAT number that appear on invoices
  • Pay an open invoice after a failed charge
  • Change plan or billing cycle, and cancel

Invoices are issued by Stripe at every charge: the first payment, each renewal, a prorated upgrade, and each token package purchase. Prices are in EUR.

Crypto purchases through NOWPayments do not produce Stripe invoices. They appear in Payment History with the Crypto method and the amount you paid. If you need a receipt for a crypto purchase, email hi@ticketcord.com with the date and amount shown in Payment History.

Token package purchases

Extra AI tokens (10M for €4.99, 20M for €8.99, 50M for €21.99) are bought from Dashboard → Usage → Extra Tokens with Buy Now, which sends you to Stripe Checkout. They are one-time purchases, so they do not change your subscription or renewal date, and they show up in Payment History and the portal like any other card payment. Only Pro and Enterprise accounts can buy them.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails:

  1. Stripe retries the charge and emails the billing address on the account.
  2. While the invoice is unpaid the subscription is past due and the account is treated as Free: extra bots stop with the status Plan Limited and paid features pause.
  3. Open Manage Subscription, update the payment method, and pay the open invoice. Access returns as soon as the payment succeeds.
  4. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and the account stays on Free until you subscribe again from Plans & Pricing.

Your configuration, bots, tickets, and transcripts are not deleted at any point in this process.

Refunds

TicketCord activates immediately on payment. At checkout you request immediate access and waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal, so subscriptions and token packages are non-refundable once the service begins. Cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. For a billing mistake (for example a duplicate charge), email hi@ticketcord.com from the address on your account with the invoice number.

Billing data and exports

Billing and payment records are held by Stripe and NOWPayments. They are not part of a TicketCord data export; get invoices from the portal instead. If you delete your TicketCord account, billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting and are not used for anything else. See Data Export.

Troubleshooting

SymptomCauseFix
Manage Subscription is missingYou are on Free, on the signup trial, on a crypto purchase, or on an admin-granted plan. The portal only exists for card subscriptions.Card subscribers: refresh the page. Others: there are no Stripe invoices to show.
"Unable to load payment history"Temporary error.Try again later; contact support if it persists.
A payment shows Failed but my card was chargedThe charge may have been authorised and released.Check with your bank; if the charge settles, email hi@ticketcord.com with the invoice number.
A crypto payment shows UnderpaidNetwork fees or a rate move left the received amount short.Contact support; do not send a second payment on your own.
I need a VAT invoiceCompany details are missing from the invoice.Add name, address, and VAT number in the portal. Existing invoices are not reissued automatically; ask support if you need one corrected.

Common questions

Where do I download my invoice?

Dashboard → Billing → Current Plan → Manage Subscription, then open the invoice in the Stripe portal. The Invoice column in Payment History links to the same place.

Do I get an invoice for a crypto payment?

No Stripe invoice is produced for crypto. The purchase is listed in Payment History with the amount and date. Email support if you need a written receipt.

Can I change the name or VAT number on my invoices?

Yes, in the Stripe portal under billing information. The change applies to invoices issued from then on.

Why was I charged before my renewal date?

Upgrading to a higher plan mid-cycle creates a prorated charge for the difference, and token packages are charged when bought. Both appear as separate invoices; your renewal date does not move.

My payment failed. Have I lost my settings?

No. Only the plan is affected. Pay the open invoice in the portal and everything resumes.
