Analytics & Reports

Read the analytics page: what each number measures, how it is calculated, and where to find staff, SLA, and sentiment views

Dashboard → Analytics shows how your support is performing across every bot you own or manage: how many tickets are waiting, how quickly staff answer and resolve, who handles the most, which categories and hours are busiest, and which users come back. It is for owners and team leads who want to spot bottlenecks and fair staff numbers without counting tickets by hand.

Analytics is included from the Basic plan up. The SLA cards need Enterprise (SLA Management), and the sentiment and AI sections only appear when those features have produced data on your servers.

Time range

The main page (KPIs, staff cards, and patterns) covers the last 30 days. The Missed response SLAs, Sentiment, and AI resolution cards each have their own selector with 7, 30, or 90 days. The team page has a period selector with recent ranges and calendar months.

Numbers are cached for a few minutes, so a ticket closed a moment ago may take a short while to show. Busiest hours are shown in your browser's timezone.

The main page

KPI cards

CardWhat it measures
Awaiting responseOpen tickets that have not yet had a staff reply. The badge reads Needs Attention when there are any, All Responded when there are none
Avg ResponseMean time from ticket creation to the first staff message, over tickets that received one (responses slower than 7 days are excluded as outliers)
Avg resolutionMean time from creation to closure for closed tickets (over 365 days excluded)
Total ticketsAll tickets across your bots, all time

Staff cards

Three tabs: Fastest (Fastest Responders, lowest average first-response time), Top Resolvers (staff who closed the most tickets; a user closing their own ticket does not count), and Most Active (Most Active Staff, the five staff who handled the most tickets in the last 30 days).

Missed response SLAs

Claimed tickets that missed their first-response target, with a count, the recent affected tickets, and a date range selector. Only breaches recorded since staff attribution was enabled are included. Above it, when SLA tracking is on, a banner lists open tickets that have used 80% or more of a target, broken down by Critical, High, Medium, and Low.

Sentiment and AI resolution

When Sentiment Detection is on, a Sentiment section shows customer mood over the chosen range. When the AI has resolved tickets, an AI resolution section shows how many it handled without staff.

Patterns

CardWhat it shows
Category breakdownTicket volume per category (tickets with no category are left out)
Resolution time by categoryAverage time to resolve per category
Busiest HoursThe six hours of the day with the most ticket creation, in your timezone. Needs at least 20 tickets; below that the card says how many more are needed
Repeat UsersUsers who created two or more tickets, with their counts

The team page

Click View full team under the staff cards to open the team page, a full table with a Bot selector (or All bots) and a period selector. Click a staff member's row for their individual view.

Attribution rule, as shown on the page: a ticket counts for every staff member who claimed, answered, or closed it, in the period it was opened. Replies after the first response count once the ticket closes. Ratings come from customer feedback on those tickets, and SLA misses count when the breach happened. Each figure is compared with the previous period, and the table lists the staff with the most tickets.

Export CSV on the team page downloads the table with columns for staff member, Discord ID, tickets, previous-period tickets, share, average first response and resolution in minutes, average rating, and rating count. This is the only analytics export; the main page has none.

  • Dashboard → AI Usage: AI token usage per month, separate from analytics.
  • Scheduled Reports: email these metrics daily, weekly, or monthly on Enterprise. See Scheduled Reports.
  • /stats in Discord shows a compact version for one server. See Staff Tools.

There is no custom report builder, widget layout, or per-server filter on the main page. Ticket exports are on the Tickets page; see Ticket Management.

Limits and gotchas

  • The main page is fixed at 30 days and aggregates all your bots. For one bot, use the team page's Bot selector or /stats in that server.
  • Avg Response only counts tickets that received a staff reply. Tickets still waiting are in Awaiting response instead, so a slow team can show a good average while the queue grows.
  • Staff numbers depend on staff roles being configured on each server's Staff tab. Replies from people without a staff role count as user messages.
  • Category cards need categories: tickets created from a panel without a category are not shown there.
  • Busiest Hours needs 20 tickets before it renders.
  • Deleted tickets still count as closed in resolution and daily figures until they are purged.

Common questions

How is average response time calculated? From ticket creation to the first message from a staff member, averaged over tickets that received one in the period. Responses slower than 7 days are treated as outliers and excluded.

Can I see analytics for one server only? Not on the main page. Use the team page's Bot selector for one bot, or run /stats in the server for a server-level summary.

Why is a staff member's ticket count higher than the tickets they closed? A ticket counts for everyone who claimed, answered, or closed it. Closed counts only the person who closed it.

Can I export analytics? Only the team table, with Export CSV on the team page. For ticket data, export from the Tickets page.

Why does it say I need 20 tickets for busiest hours? With fewer tickets the hourly pattern is noise, so the card waits until 20 tickets exist.

Do closed tickets from deleted channels still count? Yes, until they are purged from the Tickets page.

Where do I see AI token usage? On Dashboard → AI Usage, not on Analytics.
