Plans & Pricing
Every TicketCord plan, every limit and feature gate, what it costs, and what changes when you move between plans
TicketCord has four plans: Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. A plan belongs to your TicketCord account (the Discord account you sign in with) and applies to every bot and every server you own. This page is the complete reference for what each plan includes, what it costs, and what happens when you upgrade, downgrade, or let a plan end.
Every new account starts on a 14-day Enterprise trial with no card required. See Free Trial. Prices are in EUR. The pricing page is always the source of truth if anything here disagrees with it.

AI tokens
AI features consume tokens. Your plan gives you a monthly allocation (Pro 10M, Enterprise 30M) that resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over. You can watch usage in Dashboard → Usage, which shows tokens used, the reset date, a daily average, and a projection to the end of the period.
When you run low:
- Dashboard → Usage → Extra Tokens sells one-time packages to Pro and Enterprise accounts: 10M for €4.99, 20M for €8.99, and 50M for €21.99. Extra tokens never expire, carry over between billing cycles, and are only spent after the monthly allocation is used up.
- Enterprise triples the monthly allocation compared with Pro.
The design Assistant in the dashboard (the chat beside the panel and welcome message designers, the off-hours message, and knowledge base Q&A) also spends tokens. Every reply is charged to the bot owner's tokens, including replies a staff member with dashboard access asks for. On the signup trial it draws from the 1,000,000-token trial allowance, and the sidebar's token count goes down as each reply is built.
When tokens run out, AI features pause until the next reset or until you add tokens. The design Assistant stops taking requests and says the tokens are used up; the bot owner gets a Get more tokens button that opens Dashboard → Usage. Everything that does not use AI keeps working: ticket creation, staff tools, transcripts, automation. In a ticket the bot hands the conversation to staff ("I'm connecting you with a team member who can continue helping you") and staff see a notice that the AI token quota has been reached. On the signup trial the same happens when the 1,000,000-token trial allowance is used up.
Basic includes no AI tokens and cannot buy token packages. If you want AI, choose Pro or Enterprise.
Free trial
Every new account automatically gets 14 days of Enterprise. No card is collected, nothing is charged, and the account returns to Free when the trial ends. During the trial you are limited to 1 bot, 2 knowledge base sources, 100 crawled pages per source, and 1,000,000 AI tokens for the whole trial. Full details on the Free Trial page.
What happens when you upgrade
- Open Dashboard → Billing, choose Card or Crypto, choose a billing cycle (or a crypto duration), and click Upgrade to Basic / Pro / Enterprise.
- Accept the purchase consent (two separate checkboxes; see Manage Subscription).
- Pay. With a card you are sent to Stripe Checkout; with crypto you get a payment address.
- The plan is active as soon as payment completes. Bots that were stopped for exceeding the old limit can be started again. If you subscribe after the signup trial ended, features that were on during the trial are switched back on automatically; after any other downgrade, re-enable them yourself in the server configuration.
If you already have a card subscription and move to a higher plan, the change is applied to the existing subscription immediately: you get credit for the unused part of the current plan and pay the difference, and your billing date does not move.
What happens when you downgrade or a plan ends
The same rules apply whether you downgrade, cancel and reach the end of the period, let a crypto purchase expire, or finish the trial without subscribing.
- Bots above the new limit stop. TicketCord keeps the oldest bots running, up to the new plan's limit, and stops the rest. Stopped bots show the status Plan Limited in the dashboard with the note "Bot is disabled due to plan limits. Upgrade your plan to activate it." Nothing is deleted; upgrade and start them again.
- Paid features are switched off, not erased. Toggles the new plan does not cover are turned off on every server you own, and the rest of the configuration is kept so you can turn them back on after upgrading. This covers: business hours, SLA management, approvals, scheduled reports, AI features (including auto-routing, translation, sentiment, and AI Help), ModMail reminders, DM on join, the status page integrations, and every outgoing webhook (deactivated, not deleted). When the signup trial ends, TicketCord remembers which of these were on and turns them back on when you subscribe. After any other downgrade, turn them back on yourself after upgrading.
- Auto-close and reminder timers keep their configured values but do not run on Free.
- Branding returns on Free: the "Powered by TicketCord.com" footer and bot status are enforced again.
- Ticket limits: on Free every user is limited to 5 open tickets, regardless of the saved setting.
- Retention: a server whose retention policy is not allowed on the new plan (180 days, 365 days, or manual on Free) is treated as 90 days for tickets created from then on. Tickets created before the change keep the policy they were created under.
- Embeds, quick replies, knowledge base sources above the new limit are kept but cannot be used or added to until you are back within the limit.
- AI tokens: the monthly allocation becomes the new plan's allocation. Purchased extra tokens stay on the account.
- Tickets, transcripts, settings, and your account are untouched. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.
Common questions
Does the plan apply per bot, per server, or per account?
Per account. Your plan covers every bot you own and every server those bots are in. The bot limit counts bots, not servers: one bot can be in as many servers as you like.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Pro is Basic plus AI. Basic has the same bot limit (3), branding removal, custom status, analytics, auto-close, quick replies, application forms, and retention options. Pro adds 10M AI tokens per month, the knowledge base (2 sources), Atlas AI, AI Help and summaries, priority, duplicate, and tone detection, and the ability to buy extra tokens.
Is there a ticket limit?
No plan limits how many tickets you can create. Free limits each user to 5 open tickets at a time; on Basic and higher you set that number yourself under Opening → Ticket Limits Per User.
Do unused AI tokens roll over?
Monthly plan tokens do not roll over; they reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased token packages (10M, 20M, 50M) never expire and are only used after the monthly allocation is gone.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Choose Crypto in Dashboard → Billing, pick 3, 6, or 12 months, and pay through NOWPayments. Crypto purchases are one-time and never renew; when the period ends the account returns to Free unless you buy again or subscribe by card.
Is there a refund policy?
TicketCord activates immediately on payment, so at checkout you are asked to request immediate access and waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Once your paid plan begins, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel any time to stop future charges. See the Terms of Service and contact hi@ticketcord.com for billing problems.
What happens to my bots if I downgrade from Enterprise (6 bots) to Pro (3 bots)?
The three oldest bots keep running. The rest stop and show Plan Limited in the dashboard. They are not deleted; upgrade again and start them.
Can I get a custom plan?
For organisations with requirements beyond Enterprise, email hi@ticketcord.com.
