## Pricing questions

### How is TicketCord billed?

TicketCord uses flat account-level subscriptions. Your plan controls the number of custom bots on the account: 1 on Free, 3 on Basic, 3 on Pro, and 6 on Enterprise. It is not billed per server, ticket, or staff seat.

### How does pricing work across multiple Discord servers?

TicketCord is billed per account, not per server. Plans limit custom bot identities rather than server count: 1 on Free, 3 on Basic, 3 on Pro, and 6 on Enterprise. If each of four servers needs a separate bot identity, Enterprise is the first standard plan with enough bot slots.

### Which plans include AI and the knowledge base?

Atlas AI and knowledge-base sources are available on Pro and Enterprise. Free and Basic do not include AI access.

### How long is closed-ticket content retained?

Free uses 90-day retention. Basic, Pro, and Enterprise can use 90-day, 180-day, 365-day, or manual retention.

### Are tickets limited?

Ticket volume is unlimited on all four plans. On Free, each member can have up to 5 tickets open at a time in a server, and closing one frees a slot. Other entitlements, such as bot count, AI tokens, knowledge-base sources, and webhooks, vary by plan.

### Is there a paid-plan trial?

Yes. Basic, Pro, and Enterprise offer a 7-day trial. Review the checkout terms before starting and cancel before renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can manage plan changes from billing. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations generally apply at the end of the current billing period.
